Skills & experience
You will be an commercial litigator at the 2-5 year level with a focus on insolvency litigation who enjoys cross-border work in Australia and extending into Asia.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Restructuring and another partner, advise your clients on a range of matters including contractual breaches, tortious duties and equitable remedies – conduct disputes in State, Supreme Courts, Federal Court and numerous specialist Tribunals. Regularly advise major banks on the enforcement of their security and asset recovery strategy and your insolvency practitioner clients on all aspects of external administrations.
