About Stevens Law
We are continually expanding our Family Law Team and are ready to take the next step in our progression as a Family Law Firm. We are excited to welcome a new Senior Family Lawyer to assist us in our goal, and to offer new opportunities to those willing to give us the benefits of their talents.
Opportunities are available for a Senior Family Lawyer with 10 plus years family law experience. Your title and remuneration are by negotiation, however, our general practise is to pay practitioners in accordance with how much they want to bill, and however hard they want to work.
At Stevens Law we encourage a work/life balance. We want our staff to enjoy quality time with their family and friends. In an effort to achieve this balance, we only require our employees to bill three times their salary, significantly lower than the industry average of billings to wages.
Roles and Responsibilities
Full time position
Working within our Family Law Collaborative Team
Managing clients and client files
Qualifications and Experience
10 years + Post Admission Experience in Family Law
Experience in Property Settlements and Children’s Matters is essential
Court Experience in the Federal Circuit and Family Court is essential
Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
Experience running your own files is essential
Must have full working rights within Australia
