Our client is a boutique national firm. This role is suited to capable senior lawyers from all practice areas looking to progress their careers in a collegiate, successful and open-minded firm that offers a fresh approach to practice and tangible benefits.
The firm pays 70% of billables, together with referrals for cross referred work. You can work at home or in the office, and you can also make use of admin staff and junior lawyers when needed. A fully flexible model where you control your future and your work.
Offering full support, including the benefit of referred work in, marketing and some admin, this firm understands the issues with the current law firm models, and has been specifically designed with capable senior lawyers and Partners in mind. With fully flexible conditions on offer, you will have the benefit of total autonomy combined with all the benefits of working in an up-market and high quality practice. You will need some clients of your own to contribute to the firm to advance this one further.
