Skills & experience

You will be a Technology & Commercial Contracting Lawyer at Senior Associate level.

Your new role

Will see you working closely with two former top-tier Partners – one is a pragmatic problem solver and easy to deal with.  The other is known as a trusted advisor for business critical projects. 

Advise across the full cycle of business transformation, technology & strategic outsourcing projects – drafting complex contracts, contract negotiation, contract and related regulatory advice work, practice management skills, client engagement and development.
