Statutory work for the coal mining industry; undertake work injury damages; act for a few insurers as well as NSW Govt Departments; Syd CBD; 2-3 yrs;

Skills & experience

You will be a workers’ compensation lawyer at the 2-3 year level who has Defendant workers’ compensation experience.

Your new role

Report to one Partner who undertakes coal mine work and provide advice to a few insurers and NSW Government Departments including Health, Education and emergency services including NSW Police, Fire & Ambulance. 

You will be involved in several jurisdictions including the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court.
