Join our Team

We are seeking to employ a Property & Conveyancing Lawyer with 0-3 years experience to join us on a permanent, full-time basis in our Leichhardt office.

The Role

  • Work alongside the Principal Lawyer to expand your legal knowledge, business experience and professional development.
  • Provide advice to clients on legal matters & transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements and obligations are met with the assistance of the Principal Lawyer as required
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, including sales, purchases, off the plan, new build and transfers with training with the Principal Lawyer, as required.
  • Deliver timely follow up and exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist Principal Lawyer to prepare Wills, Probate, and Family Law Financial Agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the team and supervise the support staff to ensure the efficient handling of property & conveyancing transactions.

Qualifications

  • NSW Law Society Practising Certificate
  • 0-3 years legal experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest ethical standards
