Job Description
Develop your passion for IP branding; compliment the existing team; innovation; IP life-cycle; 2-4 years' PAE; Associate; Sydney CBD; WFH 3 days
You will be an Commercial Litigator at the 2-4 year level who would like to undertake a mix of insolvency and IP litigation.Â
About the role
Work directly with this partner who is recognised for his work in breach of confidence and advertising litigation. Â Â Â Advise on all aspects of the creation, acquisition, commercialisation, management, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Â
Advise on copyright and brands, and be involved in complex IP litigation, including patent litigation, commercial IP and licensing and anti-counterfeiting.
