ASSOCIATE | 3 YEARS PAE - BANKING AND FINANCE

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, the team is seeking an Associate (3+ years PAE) to advise across a broad range of financing matters, including:

• Corporate and acquisition finance
• Secured and unsecured lending
• Property and construction finance
• Debt capital markets
• Real estate financing

You will work closely with senior practitioners and a diverse client base that includes banks, lenders, corporates, private equity, and developers. This role offers hands-on involvement in significant transactions with genuine scope for client contact.

About You

You will bring:

• At least 3 years’ PAE in front-end banking and finance matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to further professional development and career growth
