You'll handle a genuine mix of family law matters, including:

• Property and financial settlements across the full complexity spectrum
• Parenting arrangements and children's matters
• Negotiated outcomes, dispute resolution, and litigation where required

What you'll bring

Solid experience in family law (PQE flexible - junior through to senior lawyers are encouraged to apply)

• Strong technical grounding in family law legislation and procedure within the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
• Confident, professional client communication and a calm presence under pressure
• Sharp drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills, with the attention to detail that family law demands
• Genuine interest in the area of law - this isn't a holding-pattern role
