This national, highly recognised firm is well known for the work they do with high-profile clients!  Working within the Banking and Finance Practice, this role will see you supporting a busy team.

The role:

As a Paralegal in this successful and dynamic team, you will have end-to-end file management within the residential lending team. Banking and Finance experience is advantageous but is not fundamentally essential in order to be considered. The firm will also consider A - Z Conveyancing Paralegals.

You will be responsible for:

• assessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentation
• checking signed mortgage documentation and ancillary requirements
• preparing lender's certifications
• liaising with clients, solicitors, funders and external parties
• arranging settlements (paper and PEXA)
• preparing accounts' paperwork and settlement instructions
• finalising registration
• ensuring security documentation is returned to the relevant trustee within service levels.

About you:

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property or Banking Paralegal in a law firm;
• Exceptional client relationship skills;
• Ability to prioritise your work and meet deadlines;
• Positive demeanor and adaptability;
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; and
• Be a team player who is happy to assist their colleagues when required.
