Your New Role:

As a Property Legal Secretary, your day-to-day will include:

• Working closely with two Partners and a team of friendly Lawyers
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and banks
• Performing online searches, typing of contracts, transfer documents and conveyancing letters
• Calculating settlement figures and booking in settlements
• General file management duties
• Attending settlements on occasion
• Opening files, closing files and archiving
• Typing of miscellaneous correspondence for solicitors
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality of client's details and matters.

About You

• Previous experience in Property Law within a law firm
• Managing deadlines and client follow-ups
• Strong knowledge of PEXA, property transactions and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• Strong communication and client service skills
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
