Open to lawyers with at least 1 year of genuine Commercial Litigation experience, this opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of litigation matters in an established team.

The Role

You will work across a diverse range of litigation and dispute resolution matters including:

• Building and construction disputes
• Contractual disputes
• Business and company disputes
• Property and leasing disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Estate litigation and will disputes
• Professional negligence matters
• Debt recovery and insolvency-related disputes
• Consumer and trade disputes
• Defamation and reputation matters

About You

• Admitted solicitor in Queensland with at least 1 year PAE and open to Associate and Senior Associate level Lawyers too
• Recent litigation and dispute resolution experience
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Commercially minded and solutions-focused
• Looking for a long-term opportunity to continue growing
