developers; contractors, (including both private and public) and work collaboratively as part of a team on the larger, more complex matters.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> Focusing on Building and Construction matters (front and back end) our client is open to considering candidates <strong>at 4 plus years&#8217; post admission<\/strong>&nbsp;with <strong>solid experience across a range of ideally Building and Construction&nbsp;<\/strong>issues&nbsp;gained within a recognised team of a similar specialist law practice.&nbsp; Candidates with a broader background in commercial\/litigation\/property law with a genuine interest in focusing on building and construction are also encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p> As part of a highly professional &amp; experience with an unrestricted Practising Certificate<\/li>\n<li>A strong background and proven experience in construction law, commercial, property &amp;\/or litigation;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage smaller matters (with guidance of a Partner) and play a key role on larger, more complex files.<\/li>\n<li>Strong drive, initiative and ability to effectively manage competing priorities;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to contribute experience &amp;
