The opportunity: <\/p>\n <\/strong>This award winning and high-end boutique law firm based in the Brisbane CBD are on the lookout for a bright and driven commercial property lawyer to join its team.<\/p>\n If you are looking for a law firm that will provide you the platform and resources needed to develop your legal skills while allowing you to work in a fun, flexible, supportive and down to earth environment – this role is for you!<\/p>\n What you will do:<\/p>\n <\/strong>Act on a range of major transactions in all property sectors, including acting for developers of commercial and residential strata title developments, and leasing for all property sectors. You:<\/p>\n
– Have previous experience in QLD property matters (including residential, commercial, industrial, retail and more)
– Ideally (although not mandatory), some experience with litigation.
