Job Description

Senior Solicitor – General with a focus on Family Law.

Full-time role with immediate start available.

Sydney CBD location, close to Town Hall and Central stations.

Genesis Edge Law Group is a leading provider of Family Law, Arbitration, Litigation, Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution services, which is dedicated to ensuring successful outcomes for their clients and delivering quality legal services. The rapidly growing Family Law team requires an experienced and dedicated Solicitor with 3+ years who is committed to obtaining genuine outcomes for the firm’s clients.

The successful applicant will:

Have a strong passion for family law and client outcomes;
At least three years Post Admission. Able to manage end to end carriage of family law matters including litigation;
Conduct client interviews, taking instructions from clients and briefing barristers as required;
Have exceptional written and oral communication skills;
Be able to provide quality tailored legal advice to individual clients;
Have strong negotiation and influencing skills;
Strong client relationships building skills;
Be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
Maintain robust client records;
Have a proactive attitude committed to surpassing targets.
The successful applicant will be provided with:

A base salary of $95,000-$120,000 depending on skills and experience;
