About this role

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work autonomously with various stakeholders at Stake. You will be involved in corporate matters in the group, investor relations, maintaining our options register and assisting with company secretarial duties. You will also work closely with the Product Team in cross functional squads in the roll out of new products and services and provide ad hoc legal support to various teams within Stake including on contractual matters.

A bit about you

  • 5+ years of experience in the legal profession either in private practice or an in house environment
  • Corporate law experience including well versed in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
  • Experience in company secretarial matters
  • Strong contractual negotiation skills
