Commercial / Wills & Estates Lawyer (3+ years PQE)

Ivy Law Group is a dynamic, and expanding boutique law firm, located in the Sydney CBD. We offer a comprehensive range of legal services across family law, wills and estates, commercial law and property law.

We are seeking an experienced and driven lawyer with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to manage the Commercial and Wills & Estates practice areas of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate / Business – joint ventures, capital raises, corporate governance, asset protection and structuring, sales and purchases, intellectual property, employment matters.
- Managing client matters across all areas of commercial law.
- Leasing – commercial, industrial and retail shop leases.
- Estate planning – Wills and estate planning, administration and litigation.
Key Attributes:
The successful candidate will possess:
- 3+ years PQE experience in Commercial Law and Litigation
- 3+ years PQE experience in Wills & Estates
- Proactive “can do” attitude
- Growth mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial legal skills and acumen
- A drive to succeed
