Corporate Commercial Lawyer (1yr PAE – Senior Associate)

Cowell Clarke is a specialist commercial law firm based in Adelaide and Sydney.   We act for clients in all sectors of business and industry in Australia and internationally.

Our Corporate team has an opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join the team in our Adelaide office on a full time basis. You will be working with leading corporate and commercial lawyers. You will be part of a team working on large scale, complex commercial transactions which include capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and other corporate matters.

About you

We are seeking applications from lawyers with strong technical expertise and a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, particularly those with genuine transactional experience.  An essential component of the position will be your ability to work with the firm’s key clients, which include both major ASX listed and private companies, to provide high level specialist advice and commercial solutions. You will be highly motivated, commercially astute and a team player.
