We are looking for an experienced, motivated Senior Construction Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team.
Working with a diverse range of clients, the successful applicant will be involved in a range of front end and back end working including, but not limited to, contract drafting, contract reviews, litigation, security of payment Act claims, adjudications, defect liability and liability disputes up to and including Supreme Court matters.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in front end and back end construction law, who have had exposure to complex property and construction disputes, large scale arbitration and litigation, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, preparing tenders, alternative dispute resolution, NCAT, Local, District, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal matters.
