Asia Counsel is looking to appoint a corporate and commercial lawyer of more than three years experience to a full-time position in Ho Chi Minh City.

You will work with our busy corporate and commercial team, which is dedicated to exceptional service and client-focused. The team provides FDI, M&A and private equity, capital markets, banking and finance, employment and renewable energy legal services. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial and corporate contract drafting, transaction management, providing regulatory advice and working in teams.
