About you:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• 2-5 years PAE in a high-quality firm
• Very strong proven technical ability
• Excellent written communication skills including the ability to write complex and technical advices
• Outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas relevant to our team’s broad practice including: commercial and corporate disputes, insolvency, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, building and construction disputes, commercial insurance/professional liability and regulatory matters
• Ability and desire to manage a varied case load involving many areas of law
• Ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem-solve complex legal issues
• Sound judgment and commercial acumen
• A proactive, innovative and energetic approach
• The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
