The opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with three to five years’ post admission experience to join our commercial team.

Working closely with the firm’s partners, you will have the opportunity to further develop your professional skills and build your own client portfolio in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The position will be attractive to applicants seeking progression to partnership, with a clear path for advancement on offer to the suitable candidate.

In this role you will be mentored by experienced solicitors whilst managing individual client engagements from inception to completion.

The position will be full-time with a generous remuneration package on offer for the successful candidate.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Three to five years’ post admission experience gained solely or predominantly in commercial law;
  • previous experience in contract drafting, review and negotiations and contract management;
  • aspirations for continued career advancement and development;
  • a strong client focus and commitment to client service;
  • an ability to think laterally and develop innovative solutions to problems;
  • well-developed written and verbal communication skills;
  • a commitment to team work and developing people;
  • exceptional time management and organisation skills with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances, deadlines and priorities; and
  • a track record of building strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
