• Are you ready to use your skills and experience to provide high quality legal advice on TEQSA’s operations and contribute to TEQSA’s administrative decision-making processes?
• Are you a strategic thinker with a drive for innovation and collaboration?
• Do you want to work in a challenging, dynamic, and rewarding environment that is mission-focused?

4. providing legal advice on employment law, contracting and procurement or intellectual property issues.
5. drafting and managing legislative instruments, delegations, external correspondence, and guidance material relevant to TEQSA’s regulatory and enabling functions.

An APS5 Lawyer will perform similar duties but with a commensurate adjustment to the complexity and level of supervision in their work, and with an increased expectation that they would also:
• perform research and analysis of legal issues to inform the Legal Team’s work and
• provide administrative and clerical support for TEQSA’s Legal Team, including document management activities associated with external review matters.

Position Eligibility Requirements
