We are currently seeking talented and ambitious individuals with exposure to Property law, Wills and Estates and Litigation to join our team in a variety of roles:

General Practice Lawyer / Property Lawyer / Estates Solicitor / Legal Clerk

You will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of legal matters in accordance with your skillset, including but not limited to:

Conducting legal research
Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and wills
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property transactions, ownership disputes, estate planning, and probate matters
Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings when necessary
Managing client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of their unique needs
Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Strong academic background with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited institution or related field of study
Some experience with LEAP legal software, as well as being well acquainted with Microsoft Outlook will be advantageous
Admission to practice as a solicitor in Victoria, Australia
Ideally, previous experience in property law and wills and estates, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and case precedents
Excellent legal research and analytical skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex legal issues
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Self-motivation, ambition, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
