The Positions

Due to growth, exciting opportunities have developed for experienced practitioners (with a minimum of 3 – 10 years post qualified experience purely developed in Property Law) to join our successful and growing team.

The position is based primarily in our Sydney office located at our stunning new offices conveniently located in the heart of the CBD, near Martin Place.  The office boasts glass walls allowing ample natural light, impressive board rooms, and meetings rooms, lots of break out spaces and open plan seating.

There is an abundance of support and expertise available within our organisation.  Working alongside our Directors of considerable skill, you will undertake a vast range of property law work. This is a superb opportunity for experienced lawyers with property law experience and a passion for this area of law, to develop their skills and become a specialist in the property law arena. Career progression is also available.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for the positions you will have:

  • 3-10 years’ PQE;
  • Strong Property Law experience;
  • a current practicing certificate;
  • experience in property disputes and complex acquisitions;
    • FIRB Applications
    • Commercial leasing (national experience desirable)
    • Industrial and retail leasing
    • Franchising, business sales and acquisitions
    • Owners corporation and strata law (an advantage)
    • Property due diligence and proper related components of corporate transactions
    • Financial, construction and sub-division sales
  • exposure to transactional work including:
    • Off the plan sales (acting for the vendor)
    • Drafting master agreements
    • Acquisitions and disposals

Other:

  • exhibit strong problem solving and time management skills;
  • be motivated, reliable, dynamic, career-orientated and a team player;
  • be professionally presented with initiative and superior communication skills.
