JUDICIAL REGISTRAR OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE FEDERAL COURT and FEDERAL CIRCUIT AND FAMILY COURT of AUSTRALIA

CHALLENGING AND REWARDING SENIOR LEGAL ROLES (minimum 5+ years PAE)
NATIONAL POSITIONS
SYDNEY, MELBOURNE OR BRISBANE
The Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia are looking for highly capable senior lawyers to assist in expanding the registrar capability of the courts – particularly in relation to small claims filings.

Applicants should have significant litigation experience in the general federal law jurisdiction with experience in employment/industrial law considered to be highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years post admission experience is expected.

The Registrar roles will expose candidates to a high calibre of delegated judicial and other legal work, while offering an enviable and flexible work environment.

To be a strong candidate for these roles, you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to engender trust and respect, working collegiately and collaboratively with judges, other registrars, staff and the legal profession. You will also apply intellectual rigour and be forward-thinking and innovative in focus.

A suitable remuneration package will be negotiated for successful candidates.
