Coutts Roles Available

1)     Property & Commercial Lawyer (2 years PAE)

2)     Personal Injury Lawyer (2 years PAE)

3)     Family & Criminal Lawyer (2 years PAE)

Typical duties include:

  • Client advisory in legal matters
  • Complex settlements
  • Be able to work autonomously as well within a team environment where necessary
  • Developing & Managing own file loads
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Negotiating, drafting and modifying a wide variety of contractual documentation and ancillary agreements
  • Demonstrating legal awareness and exercising sound legal judgment
  • Drafting and providing advice in area of speciality
  • Drafting and modifying contracts and agreements
  • Negotiating matters to settlement in area of expertise
