NATIONAL JUDICIAL REGISTRAR OPPORTUNITY WITH THE FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA

  • CHALLENGING AND REWARDING SENIOR LEGAL ROLE  (minimum 8+ years PAE)

The Federal Court of Australia is looking for a highly capable senior litigation lawyer to assist in expanding the registrar capability of the Court in Perth.

Applicants should have significant litigation experience in the general federal law jurisdiction with experience in at least one of the Court’s nine national practices areas considered to be highly desirable. A minimum of 8 years post admission experience is expected. The role of National Judicial Registrar will expose the successful candidate to a high calibre of delegated judicial and other legal work, while offering an enviable and flexible work environment.

To be a strong candidate for this role, you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to engender trust and respect, working collegiately and collaboratively with judges, other registrars, staff and the legal profession. You will apply intellectual rigour to your work and be forward-thinking and innovative in focus.
