Our client is a brand name business with a significant presence, brand and reputation. It seeks to add a smart and professional commercial and property lawyer onto its quality high performing in-house team.
The new role will suit a quality lawyer with training gained in a quality law firm, and/or a in-house team. Suited to a lawyer with 2-4 years of experience, this hands-on role will involve you in dealing with leasing, contracts and franchising matters.
This role will attract lawyers with a mix of honed technical skills, evolved interpersonal skills, and commercial acumen. It will allow you to make the most of your commerciality and non-legal skills and contribute to the business as you assist on a range of work.
