Introduction:
We are a well-established law firm located in the Perth CBD.
We are looking for an experienced senior lawyer, preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in commercial litigation law, to join our expanding team. Your role is predominantly to ensure that a high standard of service is maintained by our junior lawyers.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your role and responsibilities are to:
- Provide legal advice and court representation.
- Convert leads and assume conduct of commercial litigation matters. We will provide you with leads so that you can to concentrate on your work allowing you to provide a high level of service.
- Supervise junior lawyers.
Required skills and experience:
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Admission to practise law in Western Australia, with at least 5 years’ post admission experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, other lawyers, and the courts.
- Ability to supervise junior lawyers. Ability to be a team player.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail, so as to identify core legal issues relevant to achieving a successful outcome for clients.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident of Australia, or hold an appropriate visa entitling you to work full time in Australia.
