The positions are based in our Melbourne office and offer enormous potential for personal growth and career development. Working alongside other senior lawyers of considerable skill, you will undertake a vast range of property or commercial litigation work for boutique and large developers.
To be considered for this position you will:
Commercial Litigation – Senior Associate:
- Have 5-8 PQE
- Have strong Commercial Litigation Law
- Hold a current practicing certificate
- Have experience in vast range of dispute resolution work including:
- General Commercial
- Construction & Infrastructure
- Capability in contract-based commercial litigation, corporate and property
- Strong and strategic negotiation and dispute resolution skills as well as the ability to provide professional and cost-effective legal services
- Drafting experience and capability to conduct chamber matters and trials, with counsel
- Strong research and analysis skills with an ability to apply critical thinking
- Dedication to providing excellence in client services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and flexible approach
- Capacity to be self-managed, be self-motivated, career orientated and a team player
- Exhibit strong problem solving and time management skills
- Be professionally presented with initiative and superior communication skills
