FAL Lawyers was founded in Melbourne in 1993 and has grown to become one of Australia’s leading boutique commercial and technology law firms.
FAL Lawyers grew out of SIROTECH, the CSIRO’s technology transfer company. Having been a part of SIROTECH, founding partners Peter Francis and Jenni Lightowlers founded FAL Lawyers to make legal support for innovation and technology commercialisation more accessible and effective.
