Job Description

NEW ROLE: join this partner’s practice at the 3-5 year PAE level; you may be at lawyer level or step up to Associate; develop the jnr cohort; Syd CBD

  • Venture debt
  • Renewable energy financings (classic project finance for solar farms)
  • Lender + borrower work

Skills & experience

Will be a Banking & Finance Lawyer at the Lawyer or Associate level (or move up to Associate without having the title).

Your new role

Will include reporting to a Partner who has the following practice – structured property finance; venture debt; joint ventures; structured finance deals; renewable energy financings (much of it classic project finance for solar farms); mainly lender side but also some borrower side work; and strategic and critical thinking capabilities.

Strong leadership skills are required to assist in developing the junior cohort.
