Skills & experience

Will be a Banking & Finance Lawyer at the Lawyer or Associate level (or move up to Associate without having the title).  You may also want to move from Associate to Senior Associate.

Your new role

Will see you working closely with a Partner whose practice is principally property finance (one-third) with the remainder agribusiness.  You will mainly act for the borrower, but also boutique lenders (livestock financiers).  Your clients will include aged care developers, high-net-worth family funds; rural off-the-plan; and an Agtech start-up worth $1 billion globally.

You will also undertake property funds management, compliance and licensing, PPSA and capital raising.
