Skills & experience
You will be a Banking & Finance lawyer at the 2-8 year PAE level.
Your new role
Will see you undertake corporate and property finance acquisitions with a 50:50 split between lender and borrower work.
Work with a team of two (2) Partners (with 1 Associate, 2 lawyers and a graduate) within the wider group which has six (6) transactional B&F Partners but in pods of 3-4. You will be able to work with both partners on different projects with a “shared resource” model within the team.
