  • Related intercreditor arrangements
  • Senior/mezzanine finance
  • Recapitalisations

Skills & experience

Will be a Banking & Finance Lawyer at the Senior Associate or Special Counsel level who would like to work either full-time or part-time.

Your new role

Will see you working with two Partners, with the opportunity to work on a range of interesting work including; linked bilateral, club and syndicated financings; senior/mezzanine finance and related intercreditor arrangements; debt advisory and tenders (including pre-mandate documentation, terms sheets and commitment letters); IPO financings; construction and development finance; and acquisition finance, strategic debt investments, debt restructurings and recapitalisations.
