This leading, busy corporate team boasts some of the best corporate and commercial work going in Melbourne. This is a new role working directly under a highly respected and down to earth partner in a strong team.

This law firm has continued to thrive and is attracting continued ongoing work of the highest calibre. Enjoy working on a wide range of high level corporate and commercial work including ECM, general commercial work, joint-ventures, takeovers, and some international work including capital raisings. The firm is looking for an outgoing Senior Associate who can be held out to some clients as the front-person in deals. You will enjoy being exposed at the coal-face of transactions, and you will benefit from having an excellent team of more junior lawyers under you.
