Skills & responsibilities

You will be a Dispute Resolution & Litigation lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel level.

Your new role

Will allow you to enjoy a great variety of dispute work – banking & finance litigation, commercial and consumer law disputes, contract disputes, Corporations Act litigation, debt recovery, disputes with revenue authorities including the ATO and Office of State Revenue, intellectual property disputes, insolvency litigation, insurance disputes, negligence claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, property disputes (including breach of lease), regulatory inquiries, investigations and audits, trust disputes, urgent applications (injunctions and freezing orders) and will & estate disputes (applications for financial management + family provision claims).

Plus – mediations, arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
