Skills & experience
You will be a Family Lawyer at the Associate level.
Your new role
Will see you enjoy the benefit of a team of seven (7) Accredited Specialists to work with including four (4) male partners.
Your work includes arrangements for children and parenting issues, finalising family Law settlements, de facto relationships, property settlements, maintenance, financial agreements, divorce, family dispute resolution and mediation, child support, international child abduction, appeals, arbitration, litigation, enforcement of orders, relocation of children, injunctions & restraining orders, prenuptial agreements, spousal maintenance, collaborative law, surrogacy, and same sex.
