At this boutique construction law practice, you will work with three former National law firm practice Partners; utilise risk mitigation; 3 yrs to SA;

Skills & experience
You will be be a front-end Construction Lawyer at the 3 year or Senior Associate level.
Your new role
Will see you report to three (3) former National law firm practice Partners.
They understand the practicalities of completing a development project and are regularly asked by clients to advise and assist in the day-to-day administration of construction contracts. Advise clients on all forms of alternative dispute resolution (such as arbitrations, expert determinations and mediation) and represent clients in disputes in a variety of jurisdictions (including the Supreme Court of NSW and Federal Court of Australia)
