About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working closely with senior executives, the General Counsel will provide advice on all of Kokoda’s legal matters, impacting directly on complex, high-level business decision making and strategy. It will include contracts and contract negotiation, assisting on the structuring and documentation of future business opportunities, governance/Co Sec where required, legislative compliance, advice on existing contracts and disputes, managing external counsel, assisting with funding and with contract management.

To be able to perform this role you will be a skilled property lawyer with quality development experience gained in a reputable firm or in-house.
