The Company

Our client is a very large and successful Adelaide based corporation with a significant business and a complex, heavy industry and technology focus.

It has substantial assets, a smart and highly regarded executive team, and works on some of the largest projects in the Adelaide economy.

The Role

Working closely with project and delivery managers, you will provide commercial support to assist the business to manage projects and take on new business opportunities. It will involve using your legal skills in an entirely commercial context, and will include non-legal, commercial work!

Who it Will Suit

This role will suit a professional and well trained general commercial or front end lawyer presently working in a quality firm or in-house role. You will be financially astute, with strong negotiation and problem solving skills. 4+ years of experience would be around the mark, although strong lawyers outside that range can also be considered.

While a practising certificate is not required you will be welcome to keep you practising certificate up to date.
