Our Client: Our client is a legal disruptor in the employment law space and has been around for over 20+ years. The team is well-regarded for its depth of knowledge and dedication to its impressive client base. The team is now growing and looking to add a bright and driven senior employment lawyer to the team.

Role: Practice lead position with a diverse mix of employment law matters acting for corporate clients. Responsibilities/tasks will be a mix of litigation/advocacy, advice work, enterprise bargaining agreements and mentoring and coaching others within the organisation.

You: The ideal candidate will be a senior associate lawyer (5+ PQE) employment lawyer with experience gained at a well-regarded firm. You will be able to hit the ground running and have exp with enterprise bargaining and more.

You must also be willing to coach and mentor junior staff.
