The banking, restructuring and insolvency group enjoys an excellent reputation due to the experience of the partners you will be reporting to. Advising on insolvency and banking matters, you will gain broad experience, as this team has been retained in lead roles in many of the most significant R&I matters in Australia. You will enjoy plenty of client contact as you act for top banks and financial institutions, accountancy firms, voluntary administrators, receivers, provisional liquidators and trustees.
  
Enjoy using your pragmatic and commercial approach to resolving issues and disputes in a down-to-earth and positive environment. With a focus on quality in a positive environment this role is likely to appeal. You should have at least 2 years’ post admission experience within a commercial litigation or restructuring and insolvency practice.
