Skills & responsibility

You will be an Insurance (Construction & Infrastructure) Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Senior Associate level.

Your role

Will see you work with a partner who has specialised in advising insurers in respect of liability and indemnity, particularly in the area of construction.  This Partner has practised in both NSW and London including advising on coverage (PI and PL), dual insurance and defending major litigated claims.  He is particularly adept at resolving complex multi-party disputes and achieving commercial outcomes in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner.
