Our client is a boutique law firm that services the workplace relations requirements of start ups, small, and medium sized businesses. Akin to an inhouse role, this is a unique opportunity. The culture is hugely collaborative, team driven and supportive. You will benefit from being mentored by the Director, Legal Services, who is not only a brilliant manager, but also an employment law guru.

Role
This role will appeal to junior lawyers who have been exposed to some employment law matters, have a passion for this area of law and be seeking to develop their career in the employment law space. You will likely have 12 months’ PAE, although we are also interested in speaking with those junior lawyers who may have less, or more experience. 

You will be smart, sensible and driven, with a commercial mindset. You will benefit from the mentorship of a highly rated senior employment director.
