Skills & experience
You will be a Defendant personal injury lawyer at the Senior Associate level who would like to join a Government Health Liability Team and undertake Defendant medical negligence and public law litigation.
Your new role
Provide advice on liability, apportionment and quantum in civil claims against health agencies and/or individual health practitioners. With an ability to analyse complex medico-legal issues, you will be able to assess risks and formulate legal solutions. Supervise others on personal injury damages assessments.
Experience in coronial investigations and inquests will be an advantage.
