About the Role…
This role will suit an experienced and highly capable Personal injury Lawyer. You will be responsible for managing your own file load liaising directly with clients regarding their claims particularly regarding Abuse Law (as well as other areas). You will also have the opportunity to work with highly experienced senior colleagues and be backed up by a supportive admin. team. With this firm you will have access to excellent infrastructure & resourcing (including IT systems and support) that typically comes with working in a larger firm. 

Location…
This role will be based in the CBD office however we currently have other personal injury opportunities available in several other locations across Melbourne and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have…

  • Sound experience, eg. min. of 2 years post admission, in personal injury law ideally including Abuse Law OR a passion to transition to this evolving/niche field. 
  • Genuine desire for career growth and self development.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Strong file and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of P.I./Supreme Court preparation.
