Our client is a leading law firm which is currently seeking an ambitious Special Counsel or established partner to join a market leading real estate practice in their Perth office.
The firm has a strong real estate practice incorporating the full range of sale and acquisition of commercial property, development work, and high-end commercial leasing. It services a mix of large private, listed and public sector clients. This is a rare chance to be a strategic hire for a firm that is looking to bolster it’s Perth office by adding a key partner and future leader.
This is a standout opportunity; it is a rare that a firm of this calibre has an opening at partner level. A full client base will be looked upon favourably, but this offering exists for a lawyer who has even just the foundations of a client base. You will have the chance to be handed over some high level work while you rapidly grow/develop your own practice with full support.
