Our client… is a prominent National CBD law firm, they are now looking for a capable Lawyer, with at least 7 years p.a.e., for a pivotal appointment within their highly regarded Banking & Finance team. The Partners here are well known, dynamic and energetic, the team acts for major banks/financiers and they are steadily growing the practice.
The role… will involve handling a broad spectrum of corporate, property, fund finance matters including domestic and cross-border. Ideally, the team is looking for solid property finance experience gained with a reputable B&F/Property team!
About you…
Being a key role in the team, the Partners are looking for someone with a stable background, solid prior experience in working with the major banks and on front-end banking and finance matters, strong drafting skills and competence/confidence in dealing with the most demanding/rewarding clients -you will fully utilise your well developed interpersonal/client-service skills!
